2.2 Refund Conditions
A refund will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

In case of a verified duplicate payment due to a technical glitch.
No refund shall be processed once any part of the service is delivered (including document drafts, templates, or consultation).

2.3 Refund Procedure

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment mode.
2.4 No Chargebacks & False Claims
Initiating a chargeback, false cyber complaint, or payment dispute after receiving our services will be treated as fraudulent behavior under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 66C & 66D) and Indian Penal Code (Sections 415, 417, and 420).
We reserve the right to take legal action and submit all communication, service logs, and proof of delivery to cyber authorities or payment gateway compliance teams.

Our Dream Job Finder, LinkedIn, Resume, or Coaching Programs help connect candidates with potential opportunities but do not ensure employment or interview calls.
Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers or recruiters.
3.3 Service Delivery Timelines
Each service has its standard delivery timeline (typically 3–21 working days, depending on complexity). Delays caused by incomplete client information, non-cooperation, or missed feedback do not qualify for refund or compensation.
3.4 Limited Liability
AionJob.com, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from:

3.5 Cyber Complaint & Fraud Prevention Clause

If any person contacts you claiming to represent AionJob.com and requests payment through personal accounts or UPI, please report immediately to support@aionjob.com.
Filing a malicious or false complaint with Cyber Crime or any authority without merit may invite legal action under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code (false information to public servant) and Section 66D of the IT Act (cheating by impersonation using computer resources).
