1. Overview
Our services are digital, customized, and personalized for every client. Therefore, once a service has started or any digital material has been shared, it becomes non-refundable.
We follow a transparent, law-compliant refund system under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund is only applicable under the following circumstances:

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, and no service initiation has occurred.

Duplicate or accidental payment verified by our payment gateway.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:

The client has received or accessed any draft, document, or consultation.

Service progress has begun (including resume, profile audit, coaching session scheduling, etc.).

The client delays the process or becomes unresponsive.
By proceeding with the purchase, you agree that digital services cannot be reversed once initiated.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Send refund requests to support@aionjob.com within the valid timeframe.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the same payment method.
5. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
Any unauthorized chargeback or false cyber complaint after service consumption will be treated as fraudulent activity under:

Section 66C & 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000

Sections 415, 417, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code
We will submit full evidence (emails, service logs, communication records) to payment gateways or authorities to protect our rights.
6. No Job Guarantee
We do not sell or guarantee jobs. Our Dream Job Finder and related services enhance your employability, visibility, and career outcomes. Employment decisions rest solely with recruiters and companies.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to the Delhi jurisdiction. Clients are encouraged to contact support@aionjob.com for amicable resolution before escalation.
